Wind gusts to 100 km/h expected today.. Wind gusts to 100 km/h are occurring over regions adjacent to Eastern Lake Ontario and are moving into the St. Lawrence and Ottawa valleys. There is also the possibility of a few gusts over 100 km/h in the warned areas. Winds are diminishing from the west this afternoon, but should remain in the 40 to 70 km/h range.
