喝完红酒，谁给介绍介绍cheese？

最近政治贴挺多，我再给拉回吃喝！这里cheese种类繁多，不敢轻易尝试。谁了解或者尝试的比较多，能不能介绍一下。

顺便想问吃过一种里面带孜然的cheese，没找到哪里有卖的？

奶酪这种东西，还真得一种一种试吃，才知道自己爱吃什么，去卖奶酪的专门店，每一种都买一点点尝尝。没见过带孜然的奶酪。

i like brie. I also like buffalo Mozzarella but can't find it here.

cheese 对30-40岁的中年人好吗？脂肪含量很高唉。Farmboy 和 Costco 都有好吃的cheese卖，吃起来像吃肉，有一种 cheese，在 Farmboy 看见的，竟然和湖南的腊肉味道差不多，真是太神奇了。
