Help-Lost CCTV4 signals since last week

We lost the CCTV channels due to the wind storm. Contacted the satelite installer, and was told that he could not find the Chinese channels neither. Contacted CCTV in Beijing and was told nothing wrong their side.

Could anyone with FREE-TO-AIR satelite Chinese channels advise if you are still able to watch CCTV4, CCTV9, French and Spanish CCTV channels now?
