I just formatted my laptop first time, and install the stupid WinME, it seems all fine to me, but... ...

I don't have a Chinese Input Program.

Please help me.
I really need a Chinese IME. For my dad ( he needs to do some research online now, and he can't speak En. at all) and me ( well, i need it to do lots of jobs.)
