not exactly, if it is a popular car, there is always a waiting list, so it does not matter month end, or year end. Unless they have some in stocks they need to sell, then headquarter might come up with some incentive to move the stock.
Same as other mechandise, it always depends on the market.

yes, lexus and audi are on 20 degree slope, mdx is on 30 degree
I think the tires make big difference here.
