问一个关于免费的问题

这里超市卖的一般都是ALL PURPOSE种类的面粉，哪里有卖比较软一点的免费？英文叫什么？谢谢

if u couldnot go to costco, you can try the 'no name' brand from loblaws, although it is not so good as the costco one.

应该是"pastry flour" or "cake flour", 跟牌子没关系. "all purpose flour"中等硬度; "bread flour"最硬.

应该每个超市都有卖, 问一下店员就行了. 但ALL PURPOSE西人最常用, 所以有特价; 其他的价格就上去了
