人生是无尽的，我们不曾真的死去，也从未真的出生。我们只是度过不同的阶段，没有终点。
人有许多阶段，时间不是我们所看的时间，而是一节节待学的课。

1980年，27岁的凯瑟琳莫名焦虑、恐惧，生活一团糟。无奈之下，她求助于著名心理医生布莱恩•魏斯。
魏斯花了18个月做传统心理治疗，想减轻凯瑟琳的症状。一无所获时，他尝试用催眠疗法。在一连串的催眠治疗状态下，凯瑟琳记起引发她症状的“前世”记忆。
公元前1863年，她是一个18岁的金发女孩阿朗达。后来，洪水淹没了乡村，她溺死在洪流中。
公元1756年，她是西班牙妓女露伊莎。
19世纪，她是美国维吉尼亚州的奴隶艾比。
二战时，他是德国飞行员艾力克，有一个幸福的家庭，最后在战争中丧生。
这些都是凯瑟琳的前世，而她的症状似乎也是这些前世“业障”的结果。

作者简介

Everyone knows that everyone has a body, which is the material aspect of our being. I would assume no one has any problem with this.
We know that we have knowledge, emotion, will, and the ability to reason. None of them are material but they are real. I would assume most people do not have any problem acknowledging this. They are collectively our soul.
Our body is controlled by our soul. We learn knowledge, take in information, analyze inputs (reasoning), and make decisions. When a decision is made, our will commends our body to take actions.
As biological beings, our decisions are usually rationalized to maximize the benefits to ourselves, sometimes mutually beneficial but mostly at the costs of others. Nevertheless, everyone has the experiences of doing something against one's reasoning, emotion, and will, not to benefit oneself but to benefit others at the costs of one's own or feel guilty about not to do so. That we call conscience and conscience, according to the bible, belongs to the spirit. Furthermore, the spirit links us to God.
If we submit ourselves to the spirit, then we belong to God and will be regarded by God as His beloved children. If we yield to our own will, i.e., the desires of flesh, then we are imprisoned by our sinful nature and are separated from God as a result. The state of being separated from God is spiritual death. Since the flesh does not last long, spiritual death is the real death.
God is the light of life. He is the source of everything good. Wherever absent from God's presence, there is darkness, horror, and suffering. Such places are also called the hell.

Thanks for sharing this. It must be very interesting to read these books. I will check them out for sure.
It has been a long time since these books were published, are there any contradicted theories/facts about them ever since? such as it was later found out that the doctor was a trickster, or some of the mysteries have explainable reasons, etc...

I did not hear anything about 'trickster' about this Dr, Weiss. Because of Dr. Weiss, many many more people tried '催眠‘，and more and more astonishing stories were published by different people that confirmed that they have previous lives experiences.
