购房纠纷的新进展

if you let builder know we want move in, builder will let you sign a offer.....that means you accept solution and pay contract price.....condition offer? if I am builder and I know you want move in why I accept an condition offer?.....I will give you a firm offer, 1W cad and move in with full payment.

qqh please. do you have a chance to talk to their construction gm, financial head and/or ceo if possible? in addition to email, try to talk to them on the phone or meet them in the office. but first thing first, as lots of other people already pointed out, you have to know what you want from this and what you can compromise. And think about how much that losing ~100sqft will impact your daily life if live with it. if you think that's no big deal, move in and forget it. or if that's very big impact, choose to build a new house. of course, all these are based on the builder is willing to give you a reasonable compensation that you agree on for all those frustration and inconvenience the builder brought you by their mistake.

楼主,对老外我的经验是不停的去找,然后能找多大找多大的, 官越高越好,天天找,最后他总能妥协, 你找底下的人他们也没有实权,然后就是换律师,找个经验多的, 看您的帖子,这个律师真不靠普阿.

my guess is, for this kind of situation, most of the real-estate lawyers are 不靠普. they do what they are paid for.
if everything went smooth, lz's lawyer might be a very good lawyer

most lawyers are 诉讼律师, 地产只是他们的工作之一. 在这里, 没有人愿意花精力和金钱进行长期诉讼, 可以换一个律师, 但诉讼费用恐怕你要先付.
就各位所讲, 你要明确自己到底要什么, 什么样的结果是可接受的, 什么不是, 对应起来才不至于乱. 而且, 坚持找他们的big head, 才会有效. If builder agrees to build another new house, and 100% follow to the oringinal plan and model, , then you might be let them pay the renal fee for you during you are waiting.
