What I want to say is when you live in Canada you have to speak English. We didn't ask any professional english words or skills. I understand them but if you don't understand that basic how can you go to school? I didn't mean to insult them or humiliate them at all. Just....maybe I dont' know....

楼主反映的情况很好，每一个工作都有基本要求， 不符合就应该多准备多学习。老板应该请合适的人选， 如果这桌人说英语多， 服务员的相关词汇量不多， 就应该另外派人。
