大意是表示了自己的关注，说听到了这个故事，对目前解决方式不能理解也无法接受。同时赞扬minto在咱们村的华人社区有很好的声誉，我们今后也可能成为minto的客户，所以希望看到事情圆满解决或者拿出可以接受的解决方案。
