It was brought to my attention that the post made by Kimberly on December 5th was a lie.

i am not moving to Toronto nor did i find a high paying job. I got kicked out mainly because i stay up late studying and they did not like the foods i cooked.

Are you the guy cooked "food" smell terrible? where did you import them? I can see no Chinese nor Canadian like to smell your food, my pal. My girlfriend broke with because the smell from my coat. Do I have to thank you?

Ha, Your welcome "Pal". I guess you do have to thank me. Your girlfriend sounds horrible considering she dumped you over smelling like food. How do you know no one likes the smell of my food you certainly are not Chinese and Canadian at the same time. You fail to address the issue and simply calling me a bad person.

Anyways anyone reading this should serioulsy consider renting somewhere else. Some Reasons WHY NOT TO RENT

1) Owner went defective from a previous agreement.
2) Blameing me for damages i didn't cause (certainly shows character dosnt it?)
3) Some harassment due to reason 2 as stated above

......I'm not sure your are talking about the same person, but i'll assume your talking about me.

ok...i do drink coffee but what i drink is none of your concern and plus i use instant coffee which dissolves in water, so how does it clog? As far a throwing apple and coffee grounds in the toilet, i have no recollection of doing that.
(plz stop making up facts up, i don't doubt you found stuff in the toliet, but plz don't say you saw me do it, did you watch me go to the toliet?)

Under the Landlord Tenancy Act it states that the tenate should not disrupt the resonable enjoyment of other tenantes. Kitchen is on the second floor,your on the third floor, you have a door, i fail to see how cooking interferes with your resonable enjoyment even if it is around 11pm. If you'r complaining about the smell, the vent leads to my room too.

One year, or like 5 months

If you know anything about biology it states receptor are not as effective when constantly active. This is why water dosnt feel as hot after while. This is why fruits are not as sweet when you have eaten candy and this is why smells goes away the longer you smell them.

True a smell might bother a person for a few minutes at first but the longer the smell stays the less detectable it is.

and I will say this again. I am writing not because I hate you people but because I believe you accused me of the wrong things. Yes, I do admit I cook late ( 11 pm is not midnight get your facts straight) and drink coffee sometimes.

But you have also accused me of clogging the sink and the toilet and claimed it was damages. I believe you have inconsistencies in your evidence there. I say I didn't do it and you are either honestly mistaken or is finding an excuse to kick me out.

Would I really complain if you where telling the truth? I am complaining because I think you told some lies about me.

Believe me I would like this chapter to close as much as you do. But I don't like false data spreading around about me. I don't care if it is bad data but it has to be true.
