Bell真贱格呀，打电话又说give me back the credit for over usage charge了。。。问为什么以前没有usage over charge，说是现在的limit是 25 GB，以前是60GB。。。说是grandfather了，非要加 5 dollar 才能会到60GB， 我又搞不明白，既然如此，什么有give me back the credit for over usage charge?
