Thanks for getting back,i am buying the Item as a birthday gift for sister and i am at sea at the moment as i am a marine engineer.I really want the item to be a surprise for sister so i wont let him know anything about the it until it gets delivered to her , i am sure she will be more than happy with it. I will be making my payment through Paypal because i don't have access to my bank account online as i don't have internet banking, but i can pay from my PayPal account, as i have my bank a/c attached to it, i will need you to give me your PayPal email address so i can make the payments asap and please if you don't have PayPal account yet, it is very easy to set up, go to www.paypal.ca and get it set up , after you have set it up i will only need the e-mail address you use for registration with PayPal so as to put the money through. I have a pick up agent that will come and pick the item up after i have made the payments.

I asked my wife she told me Paypal is a reliable way to transfer money and she has an Paypal account to pay money but we don't have one to receive payment. If you are serious buyer we will go to the bank to open an account.
I just don't know how we can do the transaction if you won't show up to the department of transportation with the ownership from me.

Sorry I don't have Paypal and I have no idea about it. So I won't accept that.
If you are serious buyer, I will send you more pictures as you asked.
This vehicle is just 4500 kilometres. Half year old. My wife doesn't work anymore, so we don't wanna keep the car, this is my 2nd vehicle. One car is enough for my family. I am the 1st and only owner, I bought is last December from the official Dodge Chrysler Ottawa.

发现有几个骗子邮件的内容类似。都不在这里，要作为礼物送人，用Ｐａｙｐａｌ付款，安排ａｇｅｎｔ来提货。我想会不会是同一伙人？看到第一个骗子的邮件后，知道会是骗子，开始的却想象不出对方怎样行骗。后来在Ｇｏｏｇｌｅ上搜了关于Ｐａｙｐａｌ行骗的文章后，才明白过来。

Paypal重点保护买家的利益，如果你是卖家碰到有买家专门利用Paypal行骗的，那就只有自认倒霉了，网上很多这种例子，特别是国内卖家的被国外的骗子骗，跨洋过海的又没办法追踪。所以用Paypal买东西还是挺安全的，卖东西就不一定了。
