要回国了，有没好的房屋管理机构可以帮我打理一下我的房子？

半年前刚买的房子，这次回国就发现父亲身体不好，所以决定留在国内照顾他，时间估计也要2～3年左右，所以想找”real estate management"这样的机构帮我出租和打理我的房子，希望大家能介绍或者推荐个诚信并且尽职的这样一个机构给我。
急需大家的经验和信息。希望可以得到你们的帮助，谢谢！
