Stove 的电压怎么只有110V，请教懂行的

Stove不工作了，上面的Clock还显示，烤箱灯也能打亮，但是没有一个炉盘热。

把电源插头拔下来，发现是个四脚的大插头。用万用表量电源插座的电压，无论哪种组合都最高只有110V，没有220V的，请教一下，这是怎么回事？自己能修么？

4个脚，一个圆柱形的应该是零线吧，圆柱对面有个片状的是接地吧，另外两个是火线。

两个火线之间：0
圆柱和火线1之间：110v
圆柱和火线2之间：110v

我也是外行，就是物理课上学的那点儿基础。记得好像叫三相四线制，北美地区线间220V，相间110V。欢迎行家指正。

first reset the switch for the stove.

the switch usually is located in the electricity power box in the basement.
then checking the fuses in the stove. one or multiple fuses might be broken.

这里是两相三线制，一根零线两根火线，两根火线之间220 - 240V。
似乎没有必要用110V/220V变压器，两根火线之间有220V，应该可用。
