A pretty reputable builder

People may have different opinions on design and style, but in terms of quality and standard, Coscan used to be one of the best builders in town. I bought a house from them and had very few complains after so many years.

Unfortunately about 10 years ago it quit the Ottawa market and chose to focus on Toronto.

看了很多房子，后来最喜欢的两套房子，就是他们公司的房。特别喜欢EaglesonII model， 房子设计得很巧妙，没有浪费的地方。Cavendish 那些大玻璃窗，我有些担心，怕不好维护，冬天用气量是不是很大？换起来，要花老钱了，估计要2万刀，6-8个大窗子呢。不过多住几年，也不会亏钱。实在是太喜欢他们的房子了，都不知道说什么好了。这样的房子，说句老实话，比现在很多的新房感觉都要好。
