学习成绩不算怎么靠前。孩子主要是当地白孩子，少量中国孩子。其他种族的孩子极少。因为该学区房子质次价高，房子外观很破，但是房价呢，反正卡纳塔湖的新房子都赶不上的。可供出租的公寓楼也极少，租金也不怎么便宜。
