没经验啊。当时以为要坏了。也是楼下天花板能看到那种黄色的水印。。

还以为得是特别浩大的工程。 没想到师傅来了。10分钟解决了。。。

本来楼下的天花板也想让这个师傅给刷了。人家说让我们自己去HOMEDEPOT买油漆自己刷。 找他花钱多不合适。比一比就看出差距了。

以后就有经验了。

其实楼上一位朋友说的对，一看水印在马桶下方，就应该先查马桶，连我这样的没有plumbing经验的人也能分析出来（当然如果马桶没问题，我就得找plumber了:blowzy: ）。所以啊，楼主一看这个contractor水平不怎么样，就应该马上让他走人，换一个。

１）只要是自己做不了要请人来干的活儿，我就不敢用太便宜的。报价低过市价太多，通常不是好兆头。

２）他们经常是只管拆不管补更不管刷漆。比如我家，漏水是修好了，可一楼顶棚上的水渍到现在还留着呢。

其实楼上一位朋友说的对，一看水印在马桶下方，就应该先查马桶

没有水印的时候，也该查查自己家的马桶是不是太松。马桶太松，wax ring旧了之后就容易坏。紧马桶的时候也别紧过了，稍留点余量。过犹不及。我家买的几个马桶，说明书上都有那么一句：Do not overtighten。

我换热水罐的时候，因排气管不符合新的规定，须换白色的管道，需要把棚顶打个洞才能完成施工。

那么，那个洞应该由谁来补？
