OTTAWA — Gatineau Park’s popular Champlain Lookout was closed for most of the day Monday after a man’s body was discovered nearby.

MRC des Collines police said a 57-year-old Gatineau man died after falling into a steep area along the Champlain Lookout trail. Police were still trying to determine what caused the unidentified man’s fall, but weren’t treating his death as suspicious.

His body was discovered by a hiker at around 10 a.m. Monday. That person immediately called National Capital Commission conservation officers, who in turn notified the MRC des Collines police.

。。。 昨天从 Champlain Lookout 回来的路上看到N辆警车呼啸而过 还纳闷什么个情况呢。。。

说得对, 看见骑车的就心慌. 专业骑车的就罢了, 有那种大妈头盔都不戴, 慢悠悠骑个公主车还在路中间骑. 加拿大就是女权主义过了头, 是个大妈都以为自己是个人,总理过路都要让似的.

我们昨天正好12点多准备下山的时候，警察就开始来封路啦。我们还想我们真运气，正好看完啦，才开始封路。当时还想是不是有政府高官要来参观，没想到是出事啦。
