no, the residence are only renting out on a daily basis during the summer, which means you pay day by day. Of course on campus residence are convenient, however, this year because of the double cohort, the rent increased significantly. My suggestion is that sublet someone's room for now until september, then you can move to a permanent place. During the time, you can familiar yourself the area, the school and people etc. So you will know if you like to live on campus or off campus, and that also gives you time to looking for a room of course.
