我上个月初发信去问这个textbook grant的事，email都不知道被转到哪里去了，未作任何答复。

我收到了是因为我有学生贷款

我也有OSAP，但我登陆OSAP帐户后，并没有看到这一项grant，所以才写信过去问的。

They said if you have OSAP, you will recieve this automatically, no need to apply again.

It is under the last option "special grant" or something like that, you will see it after you click into that link.

有OSAP的学生会自动收到这个Grant。是只给有OSAP的学生吗？

Nope, student without OSAP can apply it through OSAP website. But in my case, I missed the deadline for too long.
