这里有点点概念模糊，youtube只是网页方面使用的是flash的传播媒介，他后台不一定是以flv作为存储格式的，ios里头的youtube播放功能都是压缩过的其他格式，不是flash

感觉你解释得也有些糊涂：

Youtube支持Flash和HTML5。如果用的是Flash,就是HTML页面内嵌Flash控件。至于是不是用FLV格式存储，离线转换对于服务器的压力要远小于在线转换，所以我认为Youtube可能是保存了几套格式的。

2.“ios里头的youtube播放功能都是压缩过的其他格式，不是flash”
IOS从来就不支持Flash，所以它肯定用的是其他格式而不是Flash, 这个根本不用强调。

你说的是一个现象，不是本质。就好像说女人有长发，但是有长发的不都是女人一样。你不能说女人之所以为女人，是因为她们有长发。
