I think rogers signal is pretty good, much better than Bell which is the operator Im using now. Mine plan costs only 23 including everything everything ( except data)

One of my friend is Rogers Rep who offers Rogers plan for $22
I heard signals for Wind and mobilicity are not very good~~not sure

俺用rogers的pay as you go,数据加通话，什么都有，自己控制多少钱，在外用rogers的网，在家用wifi, 爽。

刚从Rogers跳到Virgin。一个月免费，还没付过账。至少在账面上比Rogeres便宜不少。Rogers 200分钟加 500M data plan是90多一点，这个是60多一点。

我用过，觉得不错。如果你的朋友不是太多，就用20元最基本的PLAN再加五个常用号码UNLIMITED CALL，一共才不到30元。

要是跟他们讨价还价，还可能有别的优惠。
