俺观点不变: 喊升是为了出逃...等资金都逃出了就喊贬和真贬了.

其实中国很明白, 升值一步到位和拒绝升值都会造成流动资金外逃, 本身需要资金的时候,唯一的办法是缓缓地升, 给个长期题材... 副作用是资金泛滥. 想看看这戏2012收不收场.:blowzy:

You made roughly about CAN$20,000.

But I felt I lost some.

The reasons are as below:

- what I got from USD to Canadian that time is resonable and normal, I thought;
- what made me change back to USD is that rate 1.5-1.3 is lower than 1.6, and I belived that time it will come back to 1.55 or even 1.6 again;
- unfortuately, after I changed at 1.5, the rate went down to 1.45; while I changed 1.4, then down to 1.3.

Finally I stopped to do any more as I realized that we are not smart enough to follow up those in Wall Street.

2012肯定不会收场,注意刚发的城市债券,3年3.15,5年5.35,上海,浙江,然后广东。
这已经给今后几年的利率走势,指明了方向。
人民币3年内,不会自由兑换。
我的20元人民币一美元,还要等最起码3年。
加币0.8一美元,人民币20一美元,是我心中的梦。但愿不要有wiiwii的500元人民币一个大饼。

Average price of single house that time in Vancouver is abt 500K C. Dollar.

He did not change his money to C.Dollar as he thought that USD is the only currency worth to be kept in account of bank.

He did not purchase a property either but to rent a place to live.

Now his 400K USD is similar to 400K C. Dollars , which can only be good enought to buy a 2 bedrooms condo in Vancouver if he wants.

This is a real story not a novel.

- change his USD to C. D. while the rate were 1.5-1.6
- buy a house which he was affordable.

I sold my house 2006 and earned some.

We were so excited that time for we sold on the top point, we belived that time.

Now our house sold in Vancover West has rocked to almost 3 times of the price we sold.

哎,当时那个导游,刚买了房,还一直诉苦房价贵,现在估计梦里也要偷着笑了。
