呵呵,靠近riverside的公寓.附近主要是house区,安静宜人.楼下有A&P超市,小卖部,快餐店,银行,rogers,146和87,社区活动中心(网球场,垒球场...)有具体问题qqh我.听说九哥要搬走,赶紧take他的房子.

你一套多少啊？

1. Not townhouse.
It is the upper level of a Single townhouse with 3 bed rooms.
Seperate entrance.

2. Facilities:
Air-condition, washer, dryer, dish washer. HUGE kitchen. Big backyard. A big shed in backyard where tons of stuffs can be stored.

3. Parking:
Two parking lots off driveway. Do not need to move cars one another.
Perfect for car users.

4. Transportation
100 meters to Vanier Parkway, route 3 and 18 are available.
In summer, ride a bicycle 10-15 mins to Ottawa U while enjoy beautiful view of riduea river.

5. My roommate is now paying the rent.
I Do not know exact rent now. Cause my roommate is at Quebec city.
But <1000 for sure. I will ask him after he come back.

6. We need to share
a. electricity(mainly used by cooking)(no water, no heating bills)
b. Telephone.(to be re-installed, because my roommate is moving out)
c. ROGERS TV cable & High-speed internet(to be installed).

7. Shoping: walking distance to Labblaw, Canadian Tier. St-laurent mall.

8. Dating & exercising:
5 mins to Rideau River side. Breath-taking view of sunset.

9. Others:
Racoons live in backyard and say good moring/evening to you from time to time.

10. Availability:
First room:June 1st (need finally confirmation with my roommate)
Second room : June 6th (need finally confirmation with my roommate)
Third room: if I move out as well (do not know yet)
