父母探亲的SuperVISA

我給父母買的是5萬的，一年就5000多了（從來沒有claim過），如果非要是10萬的，估計要來不起了。

同感，这个SuperVISA真的算不上是啥好消息。

10万的保险用得着这么吗？是不是要求太高了？

What must I do to obtain an Extended Stay?

In order to obtain an Authorized Period of Extended Stay Visa, you need to provide:

* evidence of the parent or grandparent relationship to the Canadian citizen or permanent resident you wish to visit (e.g. birth certificate, baptismal certificate or other official documents naming you as parent),
* a letter of invitation from your child or grandchild which includes arrangements for care and support,
* proof from your child or grandchild that he meets the Low Income Cut-Off (LICO)
* proof of that you have private medical insurance valid for a minimum of one year from a Canadian insurance company and that:
o covers health care, hospitalization and repatriation,
o provides a minimum coverage of $100 000, and
o is valid for each entry to Canada and be available for review by a port of entry officer.

如果这个政策是12月1号才开始执行的

那么11月的时候我们递交的延期申请 会不会也要求我们递交保额是10万的保险啊

我妈其实也就打算再呆3个月就回去了

我爸也是就来呆个几个月的。。想知道现在能办普通探亲签证么？普通探亲签证不需要买保险吧？其实买保险是应该，就不用买那么高保额的吧，我爸才五十出头哇。。。

这个保险要求是针对super visa的延期的要求 不是对普通的延期的要求

另外 如果在12月1号之前递交的延期申请 这个要求没有追溯力

另外 现在延期已经不能通过邮寄的方式来操作了

必须网上申请了

你的出生公證，只能證明你父母是誰，不能證明你父母結婚了啊。

Marriage Certificate是結婚證書，如果沒有，可以用結婚公證代替。
