1)有个消防栓在Side Yard. 计划种Hedge把Side Yard围上, 该离消防栓多远呢? 查了ottawa city web site 的by law, 不知道查的方法不对还是就是没有,没查到答案. 2)是不是有必要call 专门的人来查管道走向? 谢谢各位的帮助.
