从技术层面说ADSL并不需要电话线上有普通电话服务。但是加拿大供应商们却没有一个提供不需要residential number的ADSL服务。现在有一个问题，如果我由Residential phone service + Sympatico ADSL，某个时候我取消了residential phone service，那么我的ADSL还存不存在？有没有ISP们准备推出类似的服务？
