我是自己换PAD。这种事遇见过。有一次买来的PAD发现装的时候很紧，用手不行，那工具敲了才进去。以后发现刹车过热PAD磨损严重。再换的时候还是紧，这次就拿砂纸把PAD卡进BRAKE滑槽的地方轻轻磨了几下，到手能装上的成度。此后一切正常。机械配合有公差，我一直是用原装零件，也发生情况。估计是BARKE 滑槽是公差下限。PAD是上限，配合上过紧。PAD不能自由滑动
