Thanks for the reply. Upgraded cabinet doors, ceramic in entrance, bathrooms and mud room, all Deco switches, and some other small items. Didn't upgrade ground floor thinking it's an easy DIY after moving in. Now a different story since I decided to sell it. Would've not been at this price if...
