Come on! sturgeon is the pefect fish to eat - did you buy and try Chinese Sturgeon - Zhong Hua Xun? very delicious and expensive... And don't try to teach other people like a hypocrite and mess up here - in the fishing guide - they didn't explictly seperate the so called "long nose" or "short...
