Does anyone know how to register a small business (sole prieportorship)? Looks like that the process is different from before.

Don't be so scared. Compared to other cities, Ottawa is a nice and safe place to live. But of cause you should always bear those safety issues in mind. Don't ride on the bike path early in the morning or late at night, never go to uncommon places alone. Hope you enjoy cycling in the city.;)

Thanks for the reminder. Not only 凶手, we should always be careful of wild animals as well. I remember that I ever saw a black bear on my way to work. Fortunately, I didn't ride my bike that day.:D
