彩灯节好象是纯商业活动。如果是纯商业活动，是否就应该雇佣员工，而不是找志愿者。就好象某个餐馆，找志愿者领位，觉得有点滑稽。

As you already have registered the business, it is very simple to apply the import/export number. You can apply it online. It's free and will be good for two years if your business doesn't have import/export business after you got the number.
