Check the nipple when you use bottles. Little baby needs slow flow nipples. Always try breast milk first, if he is still hungry, give him formula. Drink lots water, milk, soup. You need to have good sleep then you can have more breast milk.

H_B is covered by OHIP if the child's family is immigrated from China. You need to call the public-health nurse and tell them your family is coming from China then they know your child can be covered. You can ask the doctor check with the same nurse you talked to. It is definately covered.
