I inserted the PRcard number but it tells me that either my information is wrong which is unlikely possible, or they haven't process it yet. Does anyone has the same experience? Does it normally take so long to receive the acknowledge letter?

The problem is I don'T have the IMM number yet, I haven't receive the acknoledge letter yet. Is there anyone has the same experience?
