I am planning to buy a house, but are hesitating about 新房子 or 老房子? If the size of the land, the model of the house are all the same. Is 新房子 or 老房子 better? Assumming the price is similiar. definition: 新房子: house that are built by a builder 老房子: house that are older than 12 years Thanks.
