depend on which cable company u r using, for rogers , upload is 45k/s, for rogers 5m modem, u can do upload for 100k/s. If u use bell dsl, u have upload higher upload rate for 3m, for 4m, over 100k/s. Upload problem is not ur pc or software problem, bottleneck is ur cable company.

If that problem comes out in installing windows xp, that most is RAM problem. If u change RAM, problem still comes out, so u need someone pro in computer to check for u.
