Are you called A1 for the service? I only changed one on Oct 2011, because I already changed the other one on 2009.

Right side's spring was broken, he came and installed a new one, he said the new one is a lot better then the old one, he also adjusted and checked the motor and told me everyone look good.

Try to call this one : A1 door service 613-292-3962, he fixed my garage door on Oct 2011, charged me $150 without tax. Good service.

We let "A-1 Door Services" fix it for us and they charged $147 everything included.
