最近给国内亲人汇钱,在TD用wire transfer(电汇)方式,手续费约$29,已经在我的帐户上扣掉了. 可是国内收到的钱数少了$20. 询问TD,说可能是被转帐中间经手的银行扣掉了. 请问,哪位朋友有类似的经历吗? 这合理吗? 谢谢了!
