    Thanks for everybody's information. Yes, I called the surveyor for my townhouse. It's CF0.01, which means "from corner of (concrete) foundation to right 1cm". So, it's based on the concrete. It's good to know. And I think I will have no any problem for my two neighbours in the future...

    我是个town house,正和邻居修fence。我们有一个property line问题:不清楚property line是基于foundation concrerete,还是墙上的siding。现在fence是基于concrete修的,如果property line是基于concrete,那大家都好。但如果property line应该基于siding,由于concrete和siding之间有>10cm的宽度,那意味着fence完全修到我的property内了。请见我的附图。 请各位行家给说说,拜谢!

    My current mortgage is opened, so there is no penalty I believe. However I have to pay discharge for current Bank. You mean normally there is no cost for me in next bank? What's the 300~500 for? Why my new bank mentioned me a lawyer fee? Do I have a way to ask bank waive this?
