我是个town house，正和邻居修fence。我们有一个property line问题：不清楚property line是基于foundation concrerete，还是墙上的siding。现在fence是基于concrete修的，如果property line是基于concrete，那大家都好。但如果property line应该基于siding，由于concrete和siding之间有>10cm的宽度，那意味着fence完全修到我的property内了。请见我的附图。 请各位行家给说说，拜谢！
