我在6月19日就收到了公共管理学系里的教授的录取确认信（MASTER)。 说我过些时日就会收到OFFER，然而现在已经7月中旬，OFFER却仍未见踪影！ 签证已经肯定来不及了，看来只能延到冬季了。 怎么会这样丫 55555 :crying:
