“失败是成功之母”，我们认为这是理所当然的。而在西方理念中，就不这么看，失败必然是决策或管理失误，是要负责任的。我们由于受到这种东方文化的影响，在我国许多高新技术企业中，有32.6%的企业管理者认为高新技术产品研发成功与失败是可以理解的。 说的有些在理，可对上面的话是否正确拿不准。“失败是成功之母”是东方理念吗？ -
