Convicted killer facing another set of assault charges

A convicted killer is facing new charges of assault, including allegations against a property manager whose testimony helped get him acquitted of earlier assault allegations. Jeffrey Verdon had only been out of jail for about two-and-a-half months before he was back in trouble again for allegedly assaulting, threatening and criminally harassing Mohmoud Moussa in November.
