请教渥大计算机系研究生

我上15号向秘书Marie-Jo Worrall传真了我的预申请（tofel 573,GPA81.5郑州大学计算机4年本科），怎么到现在还没有收到正式的申请表?是他事情很多回复很慢么？我急着填表然后回大陆结婚，急死了，我该怎么办？
打电话?发email?
另外G2表是不是就是正式申请表？是的话我就先动手把表填好，可以把推荐表寄给我的推荐教授了。

You don't need to wait for the application forms. If you can download it from
their web site, just send the downloaded forms to your refrees. I think they will
accept it. BTW, if you are applying for the admission for this September, you
better hurry up! Otherwise, your chance will be slim.
