Hydro One upgrading major Ottawa transformer

Hydro One is upgrading a major Ottawa transformer station to make its electricity grid more reliable and make way for small local power generators, it announced Tuesday. Work on the Hawthorne Transformer Station in southeast Ottawa should be done by the end of 2013, Energy Minister Chris Bentley said in a statement.
