I will say not right now. To me, the shock is rusty but it's not leaking ( No oil mark ). If the vehicle is not making noise over bump or driving. It should be good for now. Or you can bound your vehicle with your hand and see it's there excess up n down. If so, have to replace right away. That's only my observation with your pic. I can check it out n inspect the body of the shocks for you if you want. My shop is at 30C Cleopatra Drive. Txt me for appointment because I still running around to buy equipments for the shop.
