大学本科毕业移民？
现在都不太现实。
让她考托福申请大学的post graduate, graduate等等,相关资料在学校的网站上都可以查到，如果她大学毕业，英语能过托福(590+)应该能自己办所有的手续。

担保是财力问题，托福是她自己的英语水平问题，两码事
当然她也可以先上语言课

Or you want to adopt she or he as your own child, but not for the immigration purpose.

It is very confusing. Does anyone know what that means?

I think it means that
1). you don't have any uncle or aunt,
2) or if you have, they are already Candaian citizens etc (so you don't have to sponsor them).

So for both case, you can use your sponsorship (originally for your uncle or aunt) to sponsor other relatives.

Just my understanding from the text, for your reference only.

有的学校需要报名费，有的需要交学费，有的什么都不用交，不论申请COLLEGE还是U都很容易，只要有相关的材料。现在的VISA也没有传说中的那样受到SARS疫情的影响，还是比较容易申请的。没有什么事是非常容易的，也没有什么是难的做不了的，既然你想做了，就别怕难。不算难，就是很麻烦。
