Man with homemade bomb in trunk sentenced to four years in prison

A man stopped by Ottawa police with a homemade bomb in the trunk of his car was sentenced Thursday to four years in prison. Chad Baillargeon, 36, wore glasses and a white T-shirt Thursday, covering most of the tattoos on his arms. He rested his arm on the inside wooden edge of the glass-lined prisoner’s box as he was sentenced to four years in prison, minus a year in pre-sentence custody.
