Q: Our daughter is pregnant and has two cats. Recently she read in a magazine that pregnant women should not clean their cats’ litter boxes because of the risk of getting a disease called Toxoplasmosis. How significant a risk is toxoplasmosis and is there a test that can be done to determine whether or not her cats have this disease?
