wait until the both ways is clear.
Do not go onto it if only your side is clear. Because you have to wait the other side clear. it might block the traffic.
remember:
When you move your car onto the island, keep your car on the island, don't block the traffic no matter if there is any car in both directions or not.
move when your side is clear,if the other side is clear too,drive directly to the right way,if the other side is not clear,stay at safe island and observe,right singal light on.
